Hi, I seem to have a problem attaching the battery cap. I ordered two (just in case), however I still continue to have the same problem and wont lock. Could somebody please contact me to advise. I believe it is the gen 3 model

Works great but the battery cap is a problem
Same problem here I'm afraid. The power meter still works great but the battery cap doesn't stay on anymore. I've been riding around with a piece of tape on my crank for a a while now. Would be great if there was a more elegant fix.

Problems with material out europe
15€ because the o-ring broken, and dont sell only o-ring and send for UE the canada and i need declare and pay tax more, almost duplicate the price

Battery cap does not lock
Same issues as everyone else, battery cover does not seat after changing battery. Really disappointing for such an expensive product, any aftermarket support available?
