The PRECISION powermeter replacement program is intended for powermeters that are beyond their standard 3-year warranty period.  4iiii will replace your current powermeter (on its existing crank ) with a new powermeter.  Through this offer, the refreshed powermeter will come with a new 3-year warranty.

Details:

  • We will offer to replace your powermeter (left, right, or dual) at 50% off the cost of a new Factory Installed powermeter.
  • The prices displayed prior to checkout are pre-discounted and the replacement price will be displayed after you have entered your supplied discount code.
  • This replacement option is only valid to replace your current powermeter on the crank arm or crankset that it is currently installed on.
  • With this replacement, your powermeter will come with a new full 3-year warranty
  • All replaced powermeters are fully tested to meet our functionality and accuracy tolerances.

Orders shipped outside of Canada and the USA are subject to applicable VAT and duties applied to the final purchase price.

 

 

    How does it work?

    After you have contacted our support team, you will be directed to this page to purchase your powermeter replacement.  If you have not yet contacted our support team, please do so by submitting a request at 4iiii.com/support

    Repair process:

    1. Choose your crank from the drop-down.  Please ensure you have chosen the correct side (left, right, or dual) and material (alloy or carbon) relevant to your crank.
    2. Proceed to checkout and enter your supplied discount code.
    3. Complete the purchase.
    4. Once you have completed the purchase, we will supply you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label and further shipping instructions for you to send your crank to our Canadian Factory.
    5. Once received, we will safely remove the previously attached powermeter, replace it with a new powermeter, then courier it back to you. The general turn-around time for this process is 10-14 days.
